For Possible Action: Discussion, deliberation and possible action to adopt, amend and adopt or reject the proposed Town of Tonopah Salary Schedule (Grades & Steps) changes effective July 20, 2026:

Option 1. Increase the current salary schedule 6% across the board for each grade, effective July 20, 2026; or Option 2. Increase the current salary schedule 6% and reclassify each position one grade higher than the designated current grade/step, effective July 20, 2026; or Option 3. Increase the current salary schedule 3% across the board for each grade, effective July 20, 2026; or Option 4. Increase the current salary schedule 3% and reclassify each position one grade higher than the current grade/step, effective July 20, 2026.
