You can do this in one motion if you'd like. Um, if someone would like to make a motion, they can uh make a motion to approve the contract with MGT Solutions LLC as well as the contract authorization 2026-26.44 and budget amendment 2026-26.45. And just so we know, this is to hire the permanent town manager, the recruiting firm. Um and as uh we mentioned the other meeting just as a side issue is we have placed on hold the hiring of the police chief until we get a permanent town manager in there. So do I hear a motion? So moved. Do I hear a second? Second. Beautiful.

So I'm going to ask for motion that Chip suggested. So, I make a motion that the board authorize the mayor to hire an interim town manager subject to the mayor finalizing contract negotiations with the candidate and a final review of the contract by the town attorneys. Do a second.
