PC24-19ext: Brad Greenstein, of Arrow Consulting NY, LLC, on behalf of Mount Royal Villa Propco, LLC, is seeking a second 180-day extension of the final site plan approval and conditional use permit for the operation of an inpatient healthcare facility, more specifically, a residential substance use treatment center, located at 13900 Bennett Road, also known as PPN: 482-34-013, in Public Facilities (PF) District zoning.
Final site plan approval and the approval of the conditional use permit was granted by the Planning Commission at the July 17, 2024 meeting. Council granted the conditional use permit, per Ord. 24-134, on September 4, 2024. Previous extension granted July 2, 2025.
