PC25-17: Matt Torbit, on behalf of 4049 Wallings, LLC, is seeking to amend the final site plan and preliminary plat approval and the approval of the subdivision entry sign for the proposed 17-lot single-family cluster subdivision located at 4049 Wallings Road, also known as PPN: 488-11-05, in Residential (R1-A) District zoning.
Final site plan and preliminary plat approval, as well as the approval of the entry signage, granted at the February 5, 2025 Planning Commission meeting.
