PC25-04ext: Keith Filipkowski, of Pulte Homes of Ohio, LLC, is seeking a 180-day extension of the final site plan and preliminary plat approval of the proposed 17 lot detached single family cluster subdivision located at 4049 Wallings Road, also known as PPN: 488-11-005, in Residential (R1-A) District zoning. Final site plan/preliminary plat approval originally granted by the Planning Commission at the February 5, 2025 meeting. Subsequent amendments granted at the June 11, 2025 Planning Commission meeting.
