I have now this one lights up boy my wife like that writing in the dark I'm sorry all right people just right them out so you must have brought them evening I'd like to call the Planning Commission meeting of Tuesday February 18th 2025 to order Madam Secretary can we have a roll call please chairman culi present commissioner Bellamy commissioner Edwards here commissioner gesi present commissioner Horton pres commissioner Prince present commissioner wise present chairman you have a quum thank you Suzanne could you this uh we have any Communications no Communications other than our minutes from February 4th will be included with the minutes from this meeting in our next okay we have no old business let's move on to new business okay the new business consent agenda I'm just going to read them both by title we discussed them at Workshop this morning um final subdivision plot SUV 2477 a major final bonded plot
