I would like to make a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting, which was October 27 of 2025. Second. But I'm not going to be able to discuss any nonprofit, at least for agenda meetings, agenda items. So I will reach out to her internally to review all business, which is free aid. So I can be able also to discuss next steps and potential partnership with, I don't know, TUI or Petco. I will send the letters myself. So I just want to see how the process is and reach out to Claudia, which is our also nonprofit vice president, to make sure this happens. I don't know if anyone wants to add anything to 3A. Okay. Then for 3B, we need an update on the water receptacles for community cats. That's with Frank. I wanted to ask Doris, but since she's not here, I don't know if we can actually, unless Maria, Maria Tavari, you have an update on the current placements for that?

I don't, because Doris was the one in charge of that. And I haven't spoke to her about that.

Yeah. I'm going to go ahead and reach out to her and to Frank also about this. The last update that I had is the same that you guys had about, you know, this being a little bit backed up with some other things. So in regards to whole business, I'm going to reach out to both of them to make sure we are all on the same page. For new business, I wanted to discuss a little bit about the TNR program, which we're no longer like actively doing it because most of them are fixed. I know that Doris and other people were a little bit concerned about Norway Island, and I'm in touch with one of the neighbors. She's a neighbor of the former mayor, and she's also Argentinian, so she reaches out to me often. And sorry, my son is here. So she was telling me that she sees everything under control, and she has been feeding there, so she's my eyes there to make sure we're not missing anything. um that's in regard to norway island in regards to norway village i did not let me see if i can share a screen i'm not very good at this so i'm gonna i'll try um wait can you see my screen not yet right okay we're gonna share screen share we know share this one oh this one you see screen share no okay so let me go ahead and do stop sharing and i'm gonna share again i hate zoom Allow to share screen. Okay. Perfect. So for the trap, neuter, and return, and some of them call V as a vaccine for community cats. The impact we have in the last 10 years. Okay, I'm sorry. The impact we had on the past 10 years, we started this work at the end of 2016. So it has been going on for 10 years already. And the impact that we had in TNR was from 300 cats to 60 that we have now, maybe a little bit more, 64, 63. Rosario is the one that knows best. um for 10 years so it decreased dramatically now that we have it's all cats that basically need medical attention or you know um a comfy place to to be able to go in peace but other than that we don't have any any concerns about the trapping except for one location that um as soon as i have time i'm gonna be able to see if i can assess how bad is it because i think it's just one or two but it just takes just one to to have us lose the balance of this. So the result of the TNR program on the last 10 years is the cat population was reduced to 80%, which means that we have fewer stray kittens, less disease and less suffering, and a healthier community. So I guess, you know, it really worked. It really worked, the program. And the girls, the ones that feed, are doing a great job maintaining everything clean, the cats healthy, eating healthy, getting their food. And so thank you for that. I think we have been doing great progress here. um so yeah that was basically for 4a in regards to 4b um we have a i think i'm not mistaken but we have a spring event on saturday april 4th right maria correct the bunny one yeah from 10 to 12 from 10 to 12 and um i was talking to it wasn't julie someone knew um

Lily and someone else that I don't recall the name, but I'm going to reach out because we need a table for that day. Because we have the banners, we have a lot of bags to give away, cute things for kids that we bought. We're going to have merchandising for pets, which is going to be pretty cool. And we're going to be able to explain a little bit more about the program, even about the nonprofit as well in the same table. So... So I would like to go ahead and say, well, it will be with them directly, right?

I will talk to her tomorrow to see if anything else that she wants us to do. But yes, I will talk to her about the table.

Sometimes when we do it at the school, some booths or some tables are a little bit like back or behind, so nobody actually goes. So I really want them to reach out and for us to be able to explain a little bit more on what we do. So other than that, I don't have anything else. It was a short agenda for today. Okay. So I do have an update on the budget balance. Okay. You know that you guys had about $2,550 because it's like the $5,000 is sharing with Public Works. So Public Works uses it for the iguana, the hybes and stuff like that. So far, for animal control, you have spent about $1,040 on food, so you have left $1,712 for the rest of the year. Until September or October? Yeah, the 30th of September to October. Okay. That's your balance, and that's including everything.

Okay, good to know. We will try to manage with that. As I said before, we're going to request to see we can send these letters for them to help. We have... a couple of more feeders. And even though I understand it's less cats, we, we need the food to continue, you know, feeding this group, especially because they're elderly. So, so yeah, thank you so much for that update. Yeah, yeah. Sometimes those things, you know, it's a lot of bureaucratic things that takes time, but we know that it may happen still. I know Frank and I know he loves animals and he will be more than willing to help us. So we'll see what's going on there, what's the pushback we're getting. Other than that, is it okay if I adjourn?

So it's going to be less time than it was before, six months, I think. We recently have a meeting with all the feeders and everyone. So we're every up to date of what's going on. We also have a WhatsApp group. So it's like not between the members, but between the feeders and myself. So it's good that we have updates all the time. But we wanted to share this TNR thing and also sharing that the The feeding is being organized. I don't think you get any complaints anymore, Maria, right? I don't want to mention it because if I mention it. But I mean, yeah. But I mean, it's good that we're not getting any complaints.
