City Council - Special Meeting

The Norman City Council held a special meeting to receive an orientation on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME programs, which provide federal funds for housing and community services benefiting low and moderate-income citizens. The council also discussed a proposed sales tax rebate agreement with Sooner Mall and then adjourned into executive session to discuss a tort claim and threatened litigation.
