Morning. Oh, I'm here to represent the Walders on this uh subdivision of their track. Uh it basically it's big red printing and they they own the north 126 ft of lot one and two and it's it's on the corner of Third and Brash. And what they're doing is they're splitting off the south 36 ft which is the building to the south. I think it's the old Kaylor building. and and the the division line is the common wall between the two buildings and the odd there's no other changes in that.

Anybody have any questions on There is actually a wall there inside though that splits it off. Yes, there's an existing wall. Yeah. But yeah, it's it's two separate businesses right now, right? Or there's because it's Big Red in the top part. Well, they're Big Red's in the north part and that's where and what they had in the south part. I don't know. I think just storage. Oh, okay.
