Police Department Needs Assessment (Attachment B)
City staff and its consultant, Griffin Structures, will provide a detailed overview of the current and future needs of the Police Department, and why those are important to consider with respect to the evaluation of any potential site. Exploring Site Options: Current Location at 870 Santa Barbara Drive (Attachment C)
City staff and its consultant, Griffin Structures, will share information from due diligence efforts surrounding redeveloping the current headquarters facility at 870 Santa Barbara Drive. Recommended Actions: 1. Discuss the findings presented; and 2. Provide any recommendations for next steps on exploring the 870 Santa Barbara Drive site.
