TEST: Request by Slammers Futbol Club for Weekend Light Usage at Arroyo Park
Staff recommends the Parks, Beaches and Recreation (PB&R) Commission approve the request from the Slammers Futbol Club to use lights on the following weekend days from dusk to 8:00 p.m.: September 20 & 27, October 17 & 24 and November 21 at Arroyo Park.
TEST: Reforestation Request- 378 23rd Street
Staff recommends that the Parks, Beaches and Recreation (PB&R) Commission consider the reforestation request of four City blue gum eucalyptus trees located at 378 23rd Street. The applicant at 378 23rd Street has met the procedural requirements for reforestation established in City Council Policy G-1. At the applicant's cost, two replacement 48-inch box gingko biloba trees will be installed.
TEST: Special Tree Removal and Replacement Request- 1817 Glenwood Lane
Staff recommends that the Parks, Beaches and Recreation (PB&R) Commission consider the removal and replacement request of a City Special Neighborhood lemon-scented Eucalyptus tree located at 1817 Glenwood Drive. City staff is the applicant and making this request, which meets the procedural requirements established in City Council Policy G-1. At the City's cost, a replacement 36-inch box white-flowered crape myrtle tree will be installed.
TEST: Tree Donation- Bob Henry Park
Staff recommends that the Parks, Beaches and Recreation (PB&R) Commission review and approve a tree donation at Bob Henry Park. The applicant, Maggie West, wishes to donate a 36-inch box white-flowered crape myrtle tree at the park.
