Thank you for the the day to serve the city and to serve you. I sat to be with our discussions this evening. Help them to be fruitful. I also pray for all of our city employees as they carry out their duties to keep our city running from day to day and pray a continual hedge of protection around our safety forces as they protect us and keep us safe throughout the days. My name is Mary Robinson. I live at 8:45 West Lovely Street, New York. Um I just was wondering how have you guys got any um thing about the a Airbnb where they come in stay for a couple days and leave. There's no rules or regulations as far when I talked to zoning back in October. I was wondering if you guys come up with anything where it can be, where it not can be. I live in a low dense residential and two doors down they decided that they wanted to open up a Airbnb and it's just like every other day you got strange people coming in you know they even had semis parked there that had cabs sleeping cabs on it is just like what you know you I don't know if what you guys are going to allow and what you're not going to allow. But I just want to speak for our area which is a dead end street quiet and I got the commercial dayc care shut down next to me and now they bought the house next door and put a Airbnb in it. And it's just like what else are they going to do? You know, that's all I want to know if you guys come up with any rules and regulation and our county for these Airbnbs.

Resolution number 26-18 by Mr. Parker, Mr. Cos, Miss Ingle, Mr. Leutus, Miss Blind, Mr. Army, a resolution authorizing and directing the director of public service of the city of Newark, Ohio to apply for, accept, and enter into a water pollution control loan fund agreement on behalf of the city of Newark for a supplemental loan for construction of wastewater facilities South Second Street interceptor project and designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan. 26-18 will be held to our next meeting, April the 20th.
