Good evening. Jessica Coleman, finance and risk manager for MBU. This impact fee report is being presented to the Negronful's impact fee advisory committee in accordance with chapter three ninety five of the state government code. The reporting period is 07/01/2024 through 12/31/2024 and was prevented presented for your review on Wednesday, 01/29/2024. Impact fee balances at 06/30/2024 were 10,600,000.0 with the majority of that balance being held in water impact fees.
Receipts for the reporting period were $13,900,000 with $10,000,000 being water impact fee collections. The net expenditures for the period were approximately $16,100,000 The impact fee balance for the period ended 12/31/2024 is 8,400,000.0. And as you can see here, the two largest expenditures on both side project wise on the water side is the FM 110 pump station and the McKenzie Water Reclamation facility expansion. Any questions?
