Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2026-04 authorizing the Executive Director to execute a contract for the modernization of elevators at the Laurel Lane Apartments.
The Board will review bids received for the elevator modernization project and consider awarding a contract to the lowest responsible bidder.

Presentation and discussion regarding the 2026 Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five-Year Action Plan.
Staff will provide an update on planned physical improvements and management improvements for the authority's housing stock over the next five years.
