Recommendation: Approve the Downtown Committee meeting minutes of June 2, 2026.

Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.

BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREAS ANNUAL RENEWAL

Staff will provide an overview of the annual downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) renewal process, and the Downtown Business Association will provide an update on activities that have occurred and are planned.
