A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (UP2025-0003/EA2025-0006) TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A NEW 13,730 SQUARE FOOT DAY CARE FACILITY WITHIN MADRONE VILLAGE. (PRIMROSE SCHOOL)
Recommendation: 4. Open/close public hearing; and 5. Adopt a Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a Day Care Facility within Madrone Village.
REQUEST FOR A DESIGN PERMIT (SR2024-0030) AND A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (SD2025-0004) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 106 SINGLE-FAMILY ATTACHED TOWNHOME-STYLE CONDOMINIUMS WITH ASSOCIATED ONSITE AND OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS ON A 6.28 ACRE SITE IN THE RAM-RESIDENTIAL ATTACHED MEDIUM DENSITY ZONING DISTRICT. Recommendation: 6. Open/close the public hearing, 7. Adopt a Resolution approving a Design Permit for the development of 106 townhome-style condominium units; and 8. Adopt a Resolution approving a Tentative Subdivision Map to create a one-lot condominium subdivision for the development of 106 residential condominium units on an approximate 6.35-acre site.
