ADOPTION OF AGENDA
ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2026-27 LIST OF STREET REHABILITATION PROJECTS FUNDED BY SENATE BILL (SB) 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT
Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving a list of street rehabilitation projects for Fiscal Year 2026-27 funded by SB1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT A BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO USED FIRE ENGINES FROM THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
Recommendation: 1. Authorize the City Manager to submit a bid for the purchase of two used fire engines from the City of Mountain View at a price not to exceed 115% of the independently appraised value of the apparatus plus applicable taxes and fees; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the associated purchase agreement if the City's bid is accepted.
APPROVE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT RATE ADJUSTMENT FOR 2026
Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving an adjustment to the maximum allowable solid waste collection rates effective July 1, 2026.
AWARD 2026 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT TO O'GRADY PAVING, INC.
Recommendation: 1. Approve 2026 Pavement Rehabilitation plans and specifications; 2. Award contract to O'Grady Paving, Inc. for the 2026 Pavement Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $2,326,481; 3. Authorize the expenditure of construction contingency not to exceed $348,972; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the construction contract with O'Grady Paving, Inc.

Recommendation: Receive update.
