2024 General Plan Update, Associated Zoning Text And Zoning Atlas Amendment And 2024 Climate Action Plan Recommendation(s): That the Planning Commission: 1. APPROVE Resolution No. 2024-14 Recommending Adoption of Findings of Fact, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and Statement of Overriding Considerations and Certification of the Final Revised EIR; and 2. APPROVE Resolution No. 2025-15 Recommending Approval of 2024 General Plan Update, Associated Zoning Text and Zoning Atlas Amendment and 2024 Climate Action Plan.
