ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION FOR A FULL STREET VACATION OF A PORTION OF ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD WEST OF MORENO BEACH DRIVE (REPORT: PUBLIC WORKS)
A Public Hearing to Adopt Resolution 2026-03 for a Full Street Vacation of a Portion of Alessandro Boulevard West of Moreno Beach Drive Recommendation(s): That the Planning Commission: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-03, and thereby; a. Find the proposed street vacation is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15332 of the CEQA guidelines; and b. Find that the proposed street vacation of Alessandro Boulevard is in conformance with the General Plan; and c. Approve Street Vacation (LGL25-0010) subject to the legal and plat descriptions, Exhibits "A" and "B" to the resolution.
