Adoption Of Resolution 2026-XX To Establish A Project List For The Fiscal Year 2026/27 Senate Bill 1 Funding For Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation And Preservation Recommendation(s) That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution 2026-XX to establish a Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project List for submission to the California Transportation Commission for Fiscal Year 2026/27 Senate Bill 1 (SB1) funding; 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to make any minor adjustments to the limits of work and minor modifications to the project list, as necessary.

Authorize A Five-Year Agreement For Professional Services With ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. For Heating, Ventilation, And Air-Conditioning Installation, Maintenance And Repair Services At City-Owned Facilities And Sites Utilizing The Cooperative Agreement With Axia Cooperative Recommendation(s) That the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Moreno Valley and ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning and related equipment installation, maintenance and repair; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the five-year Agreement for Professional Services with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. for a total not-to-exceed amount of $3,500,000; and 3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, the authority to execute any subsequent amendments to the Agreement with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc, including the authority to authorize associated Purchase Orders and Change Orders in accordance with the Agreement's terms, subject to the approval of the City Attorney and within the budgetary amounts previously approved by the City Council as part of the adopted and/or amended budget process.

Public Hearing And Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-XX Confirming The Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Annual Rates For National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Regulatory Rate Schedule For New And Existing Residential, Common Interest, Commercial, Industrial, And Quasi-Public Use Development Recommendation(s) That the City Council: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing to review and confirm the annual regulatory rate schedule for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Program for new residential, common interest, commercial, industrial, and quasi-public land uses; 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-XX, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, California, authorizing and approving the levy of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System regulatory rates for new and existing residential, common interest, commercial, industrial, and quasi-public development on the County of Riverside property tax roll; and 3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the rates levied on property tax bills if parcel changes or other adjustments occur between the City Council meeting date and the submission of the charges to the County of Riverside, provided the applied rates do not exceed the maximum approved rates and remain consistent with the ballot and adopted budget.
