City Council - Special Meeting

I'd like to call this meeting to order if we would please stand miss Cheryl Fox would you give the invocation we come to you at this meeting praying for your guidance your wisdom and your compassion we hope this do we have a meaningful meeting I ask this in Jesus Christ's name, amen. There are no citizens' comments, so we will move straight to the executive session. Number five on your agenda, closed session. City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code in accordance with the authority contained in A, Sections 551, 071, Consultation with Attorney. It is 6-0-1, and we will head into closed session. Believe you've been yourself. Welcome back into open session number six on your agenda. It's exactly 647 and we are back in open session. A, sections 501 consultation, 501.071 consultation with the attorney, Bowen lawsuit and Lefebvre lawsuit.

I make a motion to authorize the city administrator to negotiate a joint dismissal of the lawsuits between Bowen, the Bowen lawsuit and the Lefebvre lawsuit.

I'll second. All those in favor of approving the motion as presented, say aye.

Make another motion to allow the city administrator to negotiate the release of the funds in the 380 agreements with TCC and Waterstone. Second.
