A. Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 26-10, General Development Requirements – Driveway Access and Shared Parking (Public Testimony Accepted)

The ZTA would amend the Site Access, and Parking sections of Chapter 59 to be consistent with best practices and recommendations from recent transportation Master Plans and studies. Staff Recommendation: Transmit comments to the District Council supporting the ZTA.

B. Subdivision Regulation Amendment (SRA) 26-02, Roads – Street Types – Design Standards (Public Testimony Accepted)

The SRA would amend some of the design standards for roads including adding a new Growth Corridor Boulevard road type, and removing horizontal alignment standards. Staff Recommendation: Transmit comments in support to the District Council

Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 26-11, Temporary Uses – Benefit Performance (Public Testimony Accepted)

The ZTA would amend the use standards for Benefit Performance to remove the requirement that performances obtain consent from 75% of neighboring properties, and to add a requirement that various county public safety agencies be notified. Staff Recommendation: Transmit comments to the District Council.
