Woodside Locational Atlas District (M:36-4): Removal of the District and Addition of Six Individual Locational Atlas Sites (Public Hearing)
Public hearing, worksession, and action to remove the Woodside Locational Atlas District from the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites, and to add six properties as individual Locational Atlas Historic Sites for future evaluation for listing in the Master Plan for Historic Preservation Staff Recommendation: Remove the Woodside Locational Atlas District from the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites, and list six individual sites in the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites.
Subdivision Regulation Amendment (SRA) 26-01, Subdivision of Land – Continuation of Roads (Public Testimony Accepted)
This SRA would prohibit the Planning Board from approving subdivisions that would continue certain neighborhood classified roads if located within a Local Area Transportation Improvement Program Area. Staff Recommendation: The Planning Board transmit comments to the District Council against the SRA.
Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 26-05, Expedited Approval Plan – Job Creation Project (Public Testimony Accepted)
This ZTA would remove the existing use of Signature Business Headquarters and replace it with a new use called a Job Creation Project, intended to greatly expand the number of new or expanding businesses that may qualify for an expedited approval plan review. Staff Recommendation: The Planning Board transmit comments to the District Council supporting the ZTA with amendments.
Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 26-06, Accessory Residential Uses – Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) (Public Testimony Accepted)
This ZTA would amend the provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to be compliance with recently adopted State legislation in House Bill 1466/Senate Bill 891. Staff Recommendation: The Planning Board transmit comments to the District Council supporting the ZTA.
Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 26-07, Solar Collection System – Use Standards (Public Testimony Accepted)
This ZTA amends use standards for Solar Collection Systems to streamline certain rooftop solar instillations, and partly in response to State legislation passed in 2025 with Senate Bill 931/ House Bill 1036 (Renewable Energy Certainly Act). Staff Recommendation: The Planning Board transmit comments to the District Council supporting the ZTA.
