The proposed ZTA would amend the Site Access, and Parking sections of Chapter 59 to be consistent with best practices, and recommendations from recent transportation Master Plans, and studies-coordination with MCDOT.
Staff Recommendation: A. The Planning Board transmit a request to the District Council to introduce the ZTA.
The proposed SRA would amend some of the design standards for roads including adding a new Growth Corridor Boulevard road type, and removing modifying horizontal alignment standards.
