Board of Supervisors, call to order the successor agency to the redevelopment agency of the County of Monterey, letting the record show that all supervisors are present with the exception of Supervisor Luis Alejo. Are there any additions or corrections to this agenda? There are none. All right, we have general public comments on the successor agency to the redevelopment agency. Any public comments on that? I'm seeing none. So we will close general public comment. We have one consent calendar item for the successor agency. Is there any public comment on the successor agency consent agenda item? Seeing none, we'll bring it back to this board for consideration. I'm happy to move to approve. Second. All right, we have a motion from Daniels, a second from Church. I just wanted to comment and acknowledge that this is a fire safety work that's being done adjacent to East Garrison in Fort Ord, and we do appreciate that East Garrison sits on the edge of a high-risk wildfire area, and that maintaining this defensible space is very important. So thank you for moving forward with this and bringing this forward. All right, with that, all in favor? Aye. Item is approved. We will adjourn the successor agency to the redevelopment agency of the County of Monterey.
