Action: Consider approval of minutes from the Monterey County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) meeting of April 23, 2026.

Action: Concur with the Executive Committee's June 24, 2026, recommendation to approve the appointment of Isaiah Madrigal, representing Business, for a three-year term, and recommend that the MCWDB forwards the appointment to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.

Action: Concur with the Executive Committee's June 24, 2026, recommendation to approve the reappointment of Alma Diaz, representing the State of California's Employment Development Department's Wagner-Peyser program, for a three-year term, and recommend that the MCWDB forwards the appointment to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.

Action: Concur with the Executive Committee's June 24, 2026, recommendation to approve extending the agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker case management services in the amount of $1,300,000 for Program Year (PY) 2026-27.

Action: Concur with the Executive Committee's June 24, 2026, recommendation to approve extending the agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide Youth case management services with WIOA and non-WIOA funding in the amount of $350,000 for the first 6 months of PY 2026-27.
