Additions and Corrections for Closed Session by County Counsel

County Counsel will announce agenda corrections and proposed additions, which may be acted on by the Board as provided in Sections 54954.2 of the California Government Code. The public may comment on Closed Session items prior to the Board's recess to Closed Session.

General Public Comments

Receive a preliminary response to Board Referral Number 2026.17 (Daniels) assessing the feasibility of establishing a "No Parking" zone south of the Point Lobos State Natural Reserve entrance in areas with limited shoulder space to enhance traffic safety and to collaborate with state partners on options for repairing the pedestrian bridge.

Authorize the Monterey County Sheriff's Office working with the County Purchasing Agent or designee to negotiate a non-standard agreement with Flock Group Inc., dba Flock Safety, for the subscription service of 63 Flock cameras (License Plate Readers) in an amount of $1,701,000 for the period of September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2036.
