CONFLICT OF INTEREST DECLARATION
V-26-002 – VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE REAR YARD SETBACK FOR A PROPOSED ADDITION AT 1234 SCENIC DRIVE
The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 20 feet to 10 feet to allow for the construction of a 500-square-foot master suite addition to an existing single-family residence.
GPA-26-001 / REZ-26-001 – GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5678 MCHENRY AVENUE
Consideration of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Residential to Commercial and a Rezone from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) for a 0.75-acre site.
WORKSHOP ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) ORDINANCE
Staff will provide an overview of proposed changes to the City's ADU ordinance to comply with recent state legislation and seek feedback from the Commission.
