Motion carried. First item on the agenda then is a plat for James and Julie Thu. Legal descriptions in the packet. Uh applicants would like to plat off this piece of property, the 10.9 acres. Currently, the front portion is already platted, so they're vacating that lot, platting the rest of it together. Um they're looking to sell that piece of property to somebody. That's the reason for platting. Answer any questions that you have. Um this is out in the county. County will hear it at their meetings, but it's our zoning jurisdiction. One big property looks like. Um they are currently or they are plotting the four parcels that they have existing uh into one lot for taxing purposes. So it vacates anything that was plotted out there before now into one lot.

This is a little different because the boundaries between the city's ETJ and the county zoning is right here. Um, Brunsons are platting their land is these two parcels which are described by measurements and getting some land from the neighbor to put all into one lot so that way they can do an addition onto their house. Um, we've talked with legal on this one. We're going to let the county take care of the building permit since it's on their side of the zoning portion of it. Um, I can answer any questions that you have with it. Applicants are here if you have any questions for them.
Access to that is through Pleasant Valley. Is that right? That is correct. Yep. And that is marked on the plat as an adhesive.
