She's applied for a conditional use permit for childc care family residential located at 501 East 16th Avenue. Legal descriptions in the packet. Said real property is zoned R1 single family residential. Mark notices were sent out to neighbors published in the paper. Signs posted. Um there was one response that I got on Friday that didn't make the packet. There was no comment on it. It was just in favor of the uh conditional use. Um fire inspection has been done for the first floor. They passed that. Um I can answer any other questions that you have for me with it.

It's a plat of lot 11 in the replat of track a Wild Oak Golf Club edition to the city of Mitchell Davidson County, South Dakota. Applicants are just platting out another lot out there. It's following along their master plan. They have the elevation certificate and drainage on the plat as well. I can answer any questions that you have for me on this. meets all the requirements.
