City Council - Special Meeting

I would like to call the special call meeting of the Milt City Council for Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026 to order. We encourage all attendees to review the agenda. Citizens wishing to speak during public comment must complete a comment card and submit it to the city clerk prior to the agenda item being called. Public comment provides citizens with an opportunity to present their comments to the mayor and city council on agenda items. It is not a time to engage in dialogue or back-and-forth discussion. While Milton rules allow submission of comment cards until the clerk calls the agenda item, no additional comment cards will be accepted once the agenda item has been called. Madam Clerk, will you please call the roll and make general announcements?

Good afternoon, Mayor and Council. Before I call the roll for the July 22nd special called meeting... I have a few announcements regarding meeting process. I would like to remind everybody in attendance to please sign off all cell phones at this time. If you would like to make a public comment, please bring your comment cards to me down. Demonstration of any thought within the chamber is prohibited. Please refrain from any applause, cheering, booing, or outbursts with any person speaking. Okay, next is approval of the meeting agenda. Executive session is already on there. So just a motion to approve the meeting agenda as it's advertised.
