Thank you for that motion to adopt the favor, please. I'll move to adopt. Thank you. Second. I'll second. Thank you. I'd like to uh pull 25228 for discussion. 25 228. How's this committee discussion? 228. So 228 is Wait, hold on. There's a motion to remove 25228 from the consent agenda. Yeah, that's for the the shared screen with the fire department.

12:08 – 12:53Speaker 1

Yeah, I just have a question. Okay. So, we're going to need a motion to remove it and then we'll go back and right now first and I need a second for that. I'll make a motion to remove it. I'll second. Okay. I'm going to do roll call. Excuse you. Mhm. You ready? Committee person Davis. Yes. Deputy Mayor Morris. Yes. Committee person Zabroski. Yes. Committee person Ziner. Yes. Okay. So, resolution 25-228 has been pulled, which is a resolution authorizing execution of a shared service agreement for the renewal term between Milstone Township and the Milstone Township Fire District for provisions of emergency medical services. Now I need I well I do already have a a motion on the table from committee person Ziner and committee person for the rest of the consent for the rest of the consent agenda with the exception of 228. So I'm going to do a roll call. Committee person Davis. Yes. Deputy Mayor Morris. Yep. Committee person Zoski. Yes.

13:34Speaker 1

Committee person Ziner. Yes. May Pharaoh. Yes.

13:42 – 14:26Speaker 1

Okay. So, I only have a question about 228. Is that the fifth year of a five-year agreement or is this a new 5year? The 5 years expired and it automatically renewed. So, you would be starting over another 5year agreement. New 5 years. Okay. That's all I wanted to know. But what we've been doing is renegotiating every year because we have an option to renegotiate. So it's for a 5-year term that we could cancel at any time or change the terms at any time. Gotcha. So that 5-year term automatically renews for successive 5-year terms. Oh, okay. But but as there are provisions that the mayor mentioned. All right. Thank you.

14:22 – 14:59Speaker 1

Okay. So do we have a motion to adopt or table uh 25-228? Make a motion to adopt 225 228. I'll second. Okay. Roll call, please. Committee person Davis. Yes. Deputy Mayor Morris. Yes. 17:12 – 17:56Speaker 1

Yes. Uh Environmental Commission, we uh established the date for our an annual uh annual stream cleanup is the 20th anniversary. Actually, this year it is Saturday, April 18th. It'll be 9 to noon. Details will follow and will be posted on the township website. But anyone who's listening, please mark it on your calendars. We're looking to continue our successful cleanup uh to help keep our water bodies clean. Do do you remember how much how many tons that they were able to clean up last year? Uh I forget how many tons. We have to go like something like 10 12 tons we've collected last year something.

17:54 – 18:26Speaker 1

It was a crazy number. So, you know, please any volunteers to help keep the town clean and and maintain it its beauty, please volunteer for that day. I think to give out donuts, too, every once in a while, we think that may be a nice little way to get somebody out. I think you could lead with the donuts. Yeah, leave with the donuts. Okay, that's a good thing. Free. I'm sure I'll see you there then, Mr. M. Absolutely. Excellent. Committee Miss Any mayor? No leaison report.

18:24 – 20:21Speaker 1

All right. I do uh leazison report from our uh office of emergency management. We've been meeting regularly and we are required by the uh the county and the state to update and reorganize our emergency operations plan which we passed tonight. uh updating it to 2025 uh status uh where where things are changing, you know, police personnel changes and and other things get established. So, we're constantly reviewing it and we sent that a preliminary plan to the county. County reviews it, approves it, gives it back to us, and then we presented it to the township committee and then the tach committee approves it. Again, that's what we did today. And that keeps our office of emergency management in in in top uh efficiency. So if there was an issue, uh the personnel know what to do. They know where to respond. Uh what outside agencies need to be brought in, and it just makes everything easier. Uh I believe December 2nd, we held a mock uh uh demonstration at the middle school, which went off uh very successful. uh we had the the county there and and everything went very very well and that just adds another layer of protection to the town. So if there is something that's going to happen, we know how to respond. So thank you to the uh to the members of the OEM as well as the county. Uh thank you very much to Scott Nielson. That's all I have for that. Uh new business. Uh there is a township reorganization meeting uh that's going to be held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 at 7 p.m. here in uh in the courthouse at 2:15 Milstone Road. Uh so if you would like to see how the reorganization meeting uh is done, uh please come and and join us for that day. Uh any comments from the Dave? Just

20:20 – 20:58Speaker 1

want to wish uh everyone all the residents uh township committee the uh our staff who run uh the town first every day and our professionals you know happy and safe holiday season and happy new year. Excellent. I echo the sentiment. Thank you Deputy Mayor Morris. Jeff Tara I was going to say happy and healthy holiday to everybody. Happy New Year's and uh and hopefully 26 will be much better than 25 for everybody concerned. Okay, at this time I'd like to open it up to the members of the public at 8:26.

21:00 – 21:45Speaker 1

Would anybody like to come up and speak? Being that there's no member from the public that would like to speak, I'd like to close it to the public at 8:26. Thank you. So, we are going to motion and exit out of the public meeting and we're going to enter back into the executive uh session. We have unresolved business there. So, they have a motion to adjourn the public portion of the meeting. And there'll be no formal there'll be no formal there'll be no formal action taking following executive session. Thank you for that. I'm sorry. Who who the first committee man? Do I have a second? I'll second. Committ Zer. All in favor? I.
