A Conditional Use Permit application to operate a children’s gymnastics studio within an existing 1,700 sq. ft. tenant space located within a 4,233 sq. ft. building on a 4,400 sq. ft. lot in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) Zoning District. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
