Uh the legislation resolution R2025-45 a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expense expenses and other expenditures of the city of Middletown counties of Butler and Warren state of Ohio for the period ending December 31st 2025 and declaring an emergency year in various funds.

Thank you Mrs. Skank. Miss Combmes the staff report please. Yes. So, this item was previously presented at the December 16th city council meeting. However, an incorrect resolution was mistakenly included in the city council workbook. There are no changes to the staff report as it was presented. However, there are noted corrections in the resolution as follows. Under section one, removal of 21,000 from criminal and investigation account 222 to the general fund. And section 13, transfer of 800,000 from the income tax fund to the street levy fund, not the public safety fund. All right. Thank you, Miss Combmes. Is there a motion to approve the resolution? Resolution number R2025-46, a resolution authorizing a transfer of funds subject to repayment from the general fund to the stormwater fund and declaring an emergency. Thank you, Mrs. Skank. This staff request approval of 200,000 general fund advance to the storm water fund to be repaid. This situation is similar to the recent solid waste advance approved by the city council at the December 16th meeting as it related to the water billing revenues not being allocated to appropriate funds as a result of the recent cyber security incident.
