Ronald Tiberi PE, is requesting a Local Upgrade Approval (LUA) for 7 Evans Road
Requested Upgrade approvals for proposed Septic Plan: 1. Reduce distance to well of locus from 100 ft to 60 ft from SAS 2. Reduce distance from septic tank from 10 feet to 6 feet to foundation 3. A local upgrade approval is to reduce septic field size by 50% based on one design rate of 150 gpd 4. Use Geo Flow Dispersal System based on DEP approval form remedial use 5. Use FAST (Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment) system aerobic pretreatment unit as approved by DEP
