And then I have payment for H4Ns. we have 250 receipts from elevate church elevate church okay it's perfect i'm sorry what was the other one that you said with elevate i know it's sunshine within elevate what was the other one legend star foundation okay okay and those are all vendors so i don't have anybody sponsoring at least i mean and then i have the non-profit right and we have thriving mind and nami

Yeah. So those, the NAMI ones, I think we've agreed in the past that we do an in-kind just because they are nonprofits and they really don't pay for these kinds of events.

These were the only ones I believe that we were going to take without any sort of payment. I know that this year we didn't agree on taking reduced payments from any other nonprofits. I know that Bradley had reached out because he wanted to participate, and I think they are going to move forward with the regular vendor payments. price um my psychiatry they said that they had sent the form which i'm going to follow up but she said that she never got the link for payment so i i just wanted to follow up with if you had an email because i don't think i have one somebody i'm sorry somebody talked to me yesterday maybe it's the same or it's not let me see you see yeah

I don't think I ever got a confirmation form from her. Okay. Yeah, like, if I don't get a confirmation form, I'm not prompted to.

Right, and that's what I told her, but, like, she said, oh, that she was confused, that she didn't know if she had it or not, so... I can send her, but I have an email, which pretty much says me... So if you don't mind sending it to her right now so she can complete the payment. And I know Within is going to make the payment tonight. I spoke to them. I have a couple of different organizations that have all reached out. I speak with a lot of these like on a regular basis. People are still, you know, I don't think anybody's going to start committing to probably like mid this month, especially because it's down the end of October. But I know that a lot of people do want to, you know, participate. I had Yancey and her daughter reach out to me because they want to do the free book stand again. And I said that they're more than welcome. However, the only thing I said is that if we do not have enough funding, they either would have to pay for the table, the 250, or if we are able to get enough budget, then we would include a table for them. But I told them that we could not, like, cover their table this year because we were, you know, I don't, we don't have the funds unless we get bigger sponsorships. I haven't followed up with Baptist. So those are, I want to let you guys know I'm working on these calls is I'm going to connect and follow up with Baptist because I know that they always like to participate every year. I also am going to, um, I text, I, I messaged, uh, Carolyn from first alarm and I just have to give her a call. So I'm going to do that this week as well. Cause she wants to help. Um, And then I have an email here that I just got today. This is Lisa. She participated last year as a vendor and she really liked the event. She has a scholarship that she offers free scans to the community and I help her do that stuff. And so she told me that she would actually be willing to sponsor the speaker. And she would give us the $1,500 if we wanted to get the NFL player as a speaker. Wow. She she said she and she just emailed me at noon. So I wanted to speak with you guys before I responded. She said, see below. Let me know if you were able to secure a major right, which I emailed him and he responded. I'll tell you guys what he said. And if I should just sponsor and just use the sponsor form and I'll submit a donation of fifteen hundred dollars. Or do you need me to give you the money in a different way? So she would just pay the obviously you guys directly. But she was asking. So she's interested in doing that. I'm sorry, who was that? I don't know. Have you guys ever heard of Dr. Amen? Yes, yes. Dr. Amen is really popular. So I work with Amen Clinics. They have an office here in Hollywood and they do these brain specs and they can take a scan and basically see what schizophrenia looks like, what physical from emotional trauma looks like on your brain. And so, I mean, it's expensive. It's out of network. Insurance doesn't really cover it. Her son passed away. He committed suicide, and she was about to get this scan for her son because she didn't know about it. And a week before, he was supposed to get the scan like a week after he harmed himself. And so she opened up this foundation. And so what she does is try to cover the cost for other people that can't afford it. So we've done it for a couple of my clients at Meraki. We've nominated them and then they cover the brain spikes because they can be expensive. It can be anywhere from like, I don't know, $2,500 to $10,000 for the whole treatment. So she's awesome. So I was even going to propose that maybe this year, if we do make any funds, you know how we not, you know, donate it to a cause, maybe we could donate it to her scholarship.

But we're still committed to the other person, right?

Oh, we're not committed to anyone this year? No, we haven't chosen anyone this year. Okay, I thought that we had. No, last year we did First Alarm, and then the year before that we did it to the Girl Scouts.

Okay, perfect. So I'm writing the email and I'll connect you to her and then we'll take it from there so that we can do the proceeds to her. She'll sponsor the speaker and then the speaker, he responded to me because I reached out to confirm and he responded to me on the first saying that yes, he's still interested and available for the festival. The only thing is that he wants to work around is the timing. He's flying out that day and And it would just be at what time, you know, throughout the day we would be the, you know, the speaking. So I'm going to confirm with him that time. He said even if it doesn't work for him to speak. So this is the whole thing. He would still be happy to come by before heading out to the airport. And he would bring because he wanted to deliver some books as well and all that. Even do like a little presence, like a little hello, you know, and all that. So we could still put him on there if he if it doesn't work out with his flight schedule, because he leaves that towards the end of the day. But it's in the morning. So I feel like we could make it work. I think that we should, the way that we should start aligning the schedule for that day, for the agenda, would be like Rene to open up, as he usually does, with like the town council. And then from there, we can go to him, right? And then have all the performances after him. So that way, all the parents and grandparents stick through for the, you know, for the speaking engagement. What do you guys think? Does that make sense?

So Rene was on the 10, and then what time does he cover?

Maybe like right after, you know, I could, I'll introduce, like do the introduction and the whole thing, then Rene, because we don't have anybody else to speak, right, at this moment? No, no. So then we can have him speak right away. And then we tell the parents and the families of the performers of all the kids to get there early and be there in time. So there's a lot of people and then they can stay to watch their kids performances right after. OK, does that make sense? Yeah.

And she has the organization, the NFL something. So I've been talking to her. I'm just trying to coordinate if she could get a couple of those former NFL players to just show up that day for some autographs. But I'm still working on that.

So I told her that. she could just bring her own table and her own tent for the meantime and as we get closer if we do have it within our budget to get an additional table then you know for by all means but we're already covering NAMI and Thriving Minds and we don't have any cash yet you know so I think that and she said that's fine I said if anything you know I'm sure somebody can bring her a table or something and to help set up but we can't like put her under one of the the ones that we have to pay for because there's no the money just doesn't make sense

And I told her that eventually what I want to do is have like a little meeting with like all the performances and just kind of do the agenda there to see how long each performance and how we can make it look smooth. Sure. I can. We have like 20. I sent for the veterans parade, we send a sign off to the schools for the schools to distribute it. I did the same thing for the fall festival.

Yes. I put in the request. Has it been sent out? I believe so. Because it was one email to an intergovernmental for the schools. And I told them, hey, we have various opportunities. for the students to perform. And that was one of them.

She said she can do two Zumba songs with about 25 students and they can start after 11.30 a.m. because she's teaching a class earlier to that. So if she can get all of those performances to come out, the amount of parents that show up in that auditorium is kind of fills up the first row. Yeah. Awesome.
