This is my grandson. My grandson.

12:47 – 13:290

You're giving this one away. Yeah, mommy. Those are yours. Thank you. Take them out and eat. He's usually he's usually very good and I woke him up. I woke him up. Okay. 13:26 – 14:020

Oh, I see. My job here. Yes. My job here is to connect the firm to the local market. And my first target is Miami Lakes. Why Miami Lakes? Because I consider myself a resident. I live in a country club. I used to be a former commissioner of of football and cheer. Um so we're our Lakers. Our roots are very strong in Miami days. So what we're trying to build is a community that ties into our program.

14:00 – 14:340

We specialize in two things, guys. That's it. Elderly care and veterans rights. We're very strong veterans rights. We have over 600 clients right now and we do veterans bachelor. Miss Taylor, who's the CEO and founder of the company, has a law degree from Oregon, University of Miami. We have four attorneys on our staff. We have eight parallegals and we're a total of 21. We have two offices, one in Miami, one in Davyy, and soon next month, Miami. Okay, good.

14:32 – 14:500

Okay, so we're planting our flags here. We're in the Laker. We have Thank you to this gentleman who connect me to Colonel Perez. We have lectures going on on May 9th at the Veterans Club. Yeah, it's going to be our meeting.

14:47 – 15:550

We're putting together a program, okay, for Miami Lakes veterans, which is even better than we are for all veterans. Not that it was more important anything else, but we're going to put together a whole program for you guys. So, my objective here, I I have Linda the the editor support that if you allow us to come in and do our lectures on a monthly basis, she's going to promote it. So, if that helps you to bring in more people from the outside, I think this will draw a lot of attention. What is the purpose of the lecture? The purpose of lectures is to educate folks on things that they should be preparing themselves to avoid things like probate. When I started with the firm, all I did was probate. You'll hate probate. It's expensive. It takes a long time and it's up to the courts. We want to educate you on things that you should do to avoid that. We have Medicaid planning. If anybody needs Medicaid planning, we want to walk you through Medicaid planning. We're not here to close you. We're here to educate you. Okay? No pressure. We want everybody here to feel comfortable. At the end of our sessions, ask questions, any legal questions you may have. We would like to answer those. And we want to do this on a monthly basis. We want to partner up with you guys as she's seen already from me how many times I call her.

15:55 – 16:350

A lot. We want to be here if you need to volunteer for your events. I've told Nova I will take off my jacket and go help you guys at a movie theater if you need help. We're here for the long haul. This is my town. I want to plant the banner and I'm hoping that you guys will help us. We will. And that's really what um what I have. You're coming to our bingo. I'm coming to our bingo. Hopefully everybody had a good time with the Hingo. We did. We have. So, we want to continue to invest and and be part of your community and part of your organization and um and figure out how we can be part of the town. That's really what I'm I'm here for. Your name again?

16:33 – 17:170

Ernesto Agr. It's on the card. Make it easy for you. Yeah. We have two offices, one in Miami, one in Davy. And they will have one in the in Miami in the back of the cars. Yeah. My CEO, she's on she's in Europe on vacation back on the 17th, but they hit every every bullet point that she needed. So, it'll be on Main Street. That's fine. Oh, you're gonna be right there. It'll be upstairs from the laser. When you're there on Main Street, go to their office cuz she's on Main Street, too. Okay. What do you do? Nice. I'm with guys and they're right there on Main Street. We can do some referrals for you. They have a huge We have 14,000 folks in our database. Wow.

18:02 – 18:450

And I put together the referral program. I have one real estate company that I work with. You can be the second. We do tremendous. We have to shed it. Any any you do say too referral. I I put everybody on the referral. I put everybody referral and you'll be surprised the things that we do for the referral. I put together that program. It's a really really good program. The burn. No. All right. Well, any other questions for me? No. Thank you for allowing me to come in, especially with the radio. I see you Saturday. Next Saturday on the 9th, right? You'll see me there. 20:25 – 21:100

Okay. Comments. Everything's doing really well. We're um Thank you guys. Thank you. Thanks very much for the question. See you Saturday. Comment that is that I do want to now that we have enough people to vote. the people that have been missing. I would like to pick them up. I don't know if that's wording it right because we need it. Look what happened now that we didn't have. You would want them to be removed. I would second the motion. Okay. Do I have to name their names now? No, not right now. Just when you look at that list, Yeah. you'll see who's been missing and then whoever went missing, take them out because right now

21:07 – 21:510

I'll have to ask what the process is. supposed to be a list that I think when they miss three times. Yeah. And I don't I like I'll call you that that are missing a lot of times because it's important you guys have your corn because we couldn't have quarant but we have to do it before we have a guy which is actually I brought it in with Louis. Mhm. And he didn't come for about three four months. Never came. He never never came. Never came. Mhm. So I try to aim to get them removed by the next meeting. Yes. But but I I know who they are. So I we have the check marks and they haven't come. Yeah. So we want to remove them.

21:50 – 22:310

Yeah. So but I I just I I agree with you that space is needed for you know someone that's willing to participate for and other people. We can't do quum right now. She win the thing. We can't do them especially at the times that we need them all. Some of them just might not come back to be honest. All right. We have to move at home. I know. So then that was it. All business. The old bingo was great. Right. And now we have a new bingo. Right. Tomorrow everybody's can make it. We have some tickets this time. I have the gift cards.

22:28 – 23:130

Uh what time? 10 10 I think. So all we're going to do is put tables table. tomorrow. I'll be there. My wife has some legs and things like that to move away. Well, it's a new one. It's tomorrow. Tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow. It's all because we already have it here, but it's No, I just thought it was And then you have the gift cards. I have the gift cards. You have the gift card. The only thing I didn't I haven't made the check for G even I haven't seen but Omar said that they sent an invoice. So we we got an invoice. Yes. Okay, perfect.

23:10 – 23:540

He says he hasn't seen anything. Um I I pass to No, no, no. That's for this is for because once I get I can put it in to be processed. No, wait. I thought if you I thought it had been sent to you. Yeah, we if you have it. Yeah, I'll email it again. Okay. She is aware that it is tomorrow. Yes, she's been calling. Do I need an approval? I need an email from anyone. I said no. Make sure to go. Make sure you the the check for them would be ready next Thursday.

23:52 – 24:310

She knows. She's Pedro knows her. Pedro knows Lily usually work with us 10 years ago. So she knows the process now. New business. We're moving up. Do we have to vote for anything here? No. Right. No quarter, nothing. No, no, no. SP. Okay. The new business. We have bingo of course tomorrow. We also have We're try What happened to the spa thing? I I can never get a response from them. I keep emailing and calling. Jesus. I don't know. We probably have to go in person or YouTube local.

24:28 – 25:130

You know that Halia has two schools of um of beauty. They have that one what is it on 12 and then they have one next to the post office on 49. Right. Yeah. Nobody knows. Nobody's gone through that part of Halia has that celebrity place on 16. Right. Right. And then they have one on 49 next to the post office. Well, I don't know about that. 16. That one's been there forever. On 16 next to the car shop, right? That's the one that came. That's the one that came here right before. It's like 50th Street and 16 behind the dies on 49th Street.

25:10 – 25:550

Okay. The other side. Correct. I know. No, that that's the emails. I've sent email. That's a barber place. I know the owner. Yes. Barber place. No. No, no, no, no. There's the Denny's. No, the grammar phrase at 12. You're right. The post office, right? Hot bing or whatever that is. The post office. And isn't there right there another beauty? Schools of America. That I'm going to go tomorrow and talk to them because if these people don't want to do it, we have to find somebody else. Mhm. Well, I would think it's a rece I've gone in there and they're like

25:53 – 26:370

I don't know if it's my hours but in the morning it's very hard email you back you know either email you back or leave a voice message on your phone. Yeah, I know. And then again back to the movies. Good. Did everybody register? I didn't. You did not. Okay. Remember, you can come anyway because we sit in the front. Yeah, I know. So, I did register. I'm going to give mine to one that said that could register cuz that filled up really fast. Yes. Me and Jerry are going to go probably because they don't let us pick a movie. Whoever wants to go with us is more than welcome. And we're going to pick a movie.

26:35 – 27:140

Do I go to that as well to pay for the movie? And you both pay like you did that day first. Do you want me to do that? The week before. What? How did you go pay? You went that day or you went with him? We went before the event. We went before the event. She rang everything up. Yeah. Individually. Yeah. It was a huge receipt. Yeah. It was, you know, like we can go Friday to make sure everything is organized and then you can go the day before. Okay. We'll talk to her about the Parker. And then we'll see one. And when we and we go with when Friday party Friday.

27:11 – 27:550

We can go Friday and make sure that that the movie is I mean I think a movie is a movie. I think Yeah. No, but it is just a movie. You got to I mean Yeah. You can't have anything that's really scary because they don't only Jackie wants to be scared. What is your We can't really go right or whatever. We can't I nothing political. PG-13 is like the limit probably. I thought we talked about seeing Devil Wears Prada. Yes. It doesn't start till May 1st, right? It didn't line up, right? It does not start. There's there's a few movies that we can watch. That Hail Mary project, but it's three hours.

27:54 – 28:360

That's not pack of lunch. That's a long Well, we do give hund That's a long time. It's three hours. It's three hours. Wow. Go Google it. It's either that or probably Mario or Mario Galactical. That's cartoons. That's 98 Minutes or something. But what is that like a cartoon? No. Yeah. I'm sure they'll be they show they see that they show Jurassic Park a lot. So maybe No, that's the new Jurassic Park. Really? There's a new Jurassic Park. Yes. Mhm. But that would be excellent if we could catch that.

28:35 – 29:200

Something like that that's just fun, that's entertaining, that's not, you know, there's nothing bad about something dinosaurs. And Weathering Heights, I just saw and it was so long and Well, that's it. And it was kind of risque. Yeah. Weathering, right? No, the project Hail Mary is 2 hours and 37 minutes. Oh, I don't mean that. Um, it's less than what I thought. I'm looking at other movies that in my head. You think that's too long for them to No, but 2 hours and 37 minutes is fine. And they told me that it's quick. Okay. It's, you know, it goes along quick. It's a cute movie. I don't think it's You saw it.

29:18 – 30:030

I I know about it. I'm going to go Everybody likes it. Everybody likes it. Everybody likes Dami. Yeah. Everybody likes him. What's his name? You can see who it is. internet. Ryan Gosling, right? Ryan, who doesn't like Ryan? Who doesn't like that? Oh, yeah. It's cool. So, we're talking Hail Mary. Hail Mary. That could be the What? What's the plot of that? I think he goes to space. It's a He goes to space to save the sun or something, right? But then he beats some alien or something. It's like a cute little alien. How apricot the moon with the thing with the moon that goes along with this the talk that we went

30:01 – 30:460

uh last week they did the planet the planetarium about that yeah they'll probably give you that movie the type of movie so I don't know this was whack today it was out of order okay okay next announcements any announcements oh this Okay, that's to bring this send it to me that you wanted me to show this for public I think it was public safety public safety. This is for public safety. Well, I'm not sure though, so that had to be photos and um this is April 18. April, it's April 18th. It's metal walked. I guess they're cleaning up the environment.

30:45 – 31:270

No, it's for shredding. It's what? Shredding. Shredding. shredding your your paper. You can bring your paper. They will shred them for free. Is this the one with the two? It is at the farmers market. Is this the one with the two different uh groups? Um there's there's I just put it in my notes. It it's two different uh groups or companies or whatever you want to call them. I don't know. But you can take whatever you don't want and you can go under there and they shred. And they're also you can donate the baby clothes, kitchen wear, small the Miami day solid waste department to discuss mosquitoes.

31:24 – 32:050

What else? Dispose of electronic lamps, batteries. What else? And shred whatever you want to shred. This sounds very interesting. Vietnam of America. Wish I could find my other notes because there is something special. Okay, so that's it. Anything anybody wants to When is the next bingo? Do we have a date? It's always like I say,

32:01 – 32:440

but it's always the We've always our meetings are the second Wednesdays and they're the second Thursday. is I have a a vendor, Wolina, the rep of Molina Insurance. Oh, good. A friend of mine that she's come to the bingo with her mom. That's good. Um May 14th is the May 14th. She um she asked me if u if she could bring in goodies. She was the one that was going to give us without pay. No, she had it wouldn't be fair. She you had to give her the tell tell him to go ahead and send the package. let her fill out the package. She can substitute food for something else, but she must pay something,

32:43 – 33:270

right? You can do a discount like the lady that one is going out for the TV, right? And $300 on the and then at the same time she put in 200. That's right. Or she wants to bring the food and then do that or partial payment or something. But they do have to do something. That's what happened to the other lady with I'm not going to say the name. I know. That was randomly. No. Yeah. Because it's not fair. So basically what what I told her is that if they don't we should bring in 60 plus either right here. I know. I saw it. But over here the big we have to be careful because we we cannot let people in that only 60 years old.

33:26 – 33:590

That's another thing. People that come have to be 16. If they have any problem we want to come and hang out. And I've had I'm out of order, but I I have to make sure. I can go back. This one. No, it doesn't. It's a I've had an issue that happened one time. Some lady brought her her granddaughter, right? And then another lady sitting across the street said, "Oh, I'm going to bring my can I bring mine?" I told him, "No, we can't." But she brought it. Yeah. Because I remember

33:57 – 34:400

and then I, you know, so that I lost them. And then we had another one the other day that did bring her. I mean, she was special needs and they couldn't do anything, which I understand and I told her sit in the back and whatever, but we have to be very twice. It's a serious liability. By the same token, what you did was kind and maybe the more proper thing, but if you're worried about liability, that that door swings both ways. her being refused or something happening, then we're liable. We're liable. So, we have to do what's right even if it's

34:39 – 35:220

wrong for another reason. Do you understand what I'm saying? Slippery flow when you have to say no to something like that. Well, I told him it's a legal matter attorney said and go from there. Well, I don't really look at it as much as a liability. I just look at it. We live one person to something with dog kept wanting to bring her dog. There was a lady that kept wanting to bring her dog.
