At this time, I am joined by the Executive Director, Ms. Athle Range, and our board member, Ms. Benita Jones Peabody, my colleague, Commissioner Gaviria, Gabela, Commissioner Pardo, Commissioner Carollo, and myself, Chair Christine King. Mr. City Attorney, would you read the resolutions into the record?

Before we do that, there's one other item for you, approving the minutes of the April 10th, 2025 meeting.

Before I do that, I would open the floor for public comment. So if you could just read the items.

Yeah, a resolution of the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust with attachments ratifying, approving, and submitting the general operating budget and master plan for fiscal year 2025-2026, attached and incorporated as Exhibit A, pursuant to Section 38-237 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, directing the Executive Director to transmit a copy of the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget and master plan to the Mayor and City Commission, If adopted, certain necessary actions of the Executive Director to update the relevant financial controls, create necessary fund accounts, and undertake project closeouts, accounting entries, and computer systems in connection therewith, all in accordance with applicable sections of the City Code, are ratified, approved, and confirmed, and providing for an effective date.
