OK. At this time, we are going to begin the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust meeting for January 23, 2025. I'm going to turn it over to our executive director. Madam Executive Director.

Good morning. Thank you, Chairwoman. We only have the minutes for the October 15, 2024 meeting, and we need approval on that.

Tell me everything and so I can open up the floor for public comment.

And then we have one item which I'll have the attorney read into the record.

Good morning, Madam Chair. It's a resolution of the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust with attachments approving and submitting the annual report for fiscal year 23-24 pursuant to Section 2-890 of the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida as amended and providing for an effective date. And then there is one discussion item regarding a quarterly update by the Executive Director on the status of the historic Virginia Key Beach Park. Thank you.

Yes. So in your quarterly report, we would like to bring attention to the museum. We've been working closely with the county. We're working on drafting the grant agreement, which we're going to get executed by the city manager. And we're working also with the Office of Budget and Management to release the funds and also with city administration to help us advance the funds.

That's fantastic news. We are one step closer. to realizing the dream of Madam athlete range of having a museum reflective of that space and all of the things that have happened for that space. And I'm looking forward to it and I'm proud to serve with you. Thank you so much. And at this time I will conclude the Virginia key beach park trust meeting for January 23, 2025.
