It's a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency with attachments accepting and approving the proposed 2026 budget of the CRA attached and incorporated as Exhibit A in the amount of $15,776,289 for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2025 and ending in September 30 of 2026, directing the Executive Director to transmit a copy of the budget to the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County.

So what I wanted to say that I want to remind this body, I want to remind people out there that there was an agreement reached when the Alapata CRA was formed, that I'm trying to get that done with the county, and the county is holding us up. I don't know for what reason. I don't think there's any good reason, because other... municipalities and other districts have it, and they're benefiting from it. And meanwhile, my district is not benefiting from it. It's a long time overdue. And this money was promised as a Passover to go to the city and then go into the ala patisserie. And I don't want any funny business going on with that, because that was the agreement. So I'm reminding you kindly, Madam Chair, Commissioner Rosado, you weren't here when that was done. And Commissioner Pardo, to please keep that in mind. And then And please let there not be any funny business where somehow we wind up going into those funds when we're not supposed to because it's earmarked. Like I said, thank you very much. That's what I wanted to put on the record.
