Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the Midtown CRA. At this time, we are going to resolution public. We have two items, meeting minutes and the proposed budget. I'm going to open the floor for public comment. Is there anyone here that would like to speak on behalf of the Midtown CRA's proposed budget? Seeing none, public comment period is closed. Gentlemen, would you like to pull any of, well, would you like to pull number one for discussion, the proposed budget? Nope. May I have it up?

Chair, my apologies. I believe the attorney will just read the title into the record briefly, and there is an amendment to the title for the Midtown CRA resolution.

Okay. Okay. Good afternoon. Dominic Gibbs-Sorey, Assistant City Attorney, serving as General Counsel to the Midtown CRA. The first resolution is a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency accepting and approving the 2026-2027 proposed budget of the Midtown Community Redevelopment Agency in an amount of $16,878,968. Thank you.

May I have a motion for the minutes of November 20th, 2035 and for the Midtown CRA's proposed budget for FYI 27?
