Okay, good morning. Welcome, everyone. I'm calling to order the September 10, 2026, Alapata CRA meeting. Is there a motion to approve the minutes? So moved. Second. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Okay, our attorney will briefly read the agenda item resolution number one into the record.

Good afternoon. Dominique Sorif, City Attorney, serving as counsel for the Allapattah CRA. There's one item on today's agenda. It's a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Allapattah Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency approving and authorizing an interlocal agreement between the City of Miami and the Allapattah CRA.

Okay, thank you very much. The public comment here is now open for resolution number one. Is there any comments from the public? Okay, seeing none, I'm going to close it off to the public and open it up to the board. Is there any discussion among the board members regarding the resolution number one? Board members? No? Okay. Is there a motion to pass resolution number one?

Keith Carswell, Administrator for Alapata CRA. I believe that there is, if we can reconsider the item, I think that there is an amendment that the Chair wants to proffer as it relates to the agreement.

Okay, so, yeah, so we're amending the... the split from 75-20 for the first five years, and thereafter, commencing on the sixth year, it'll be 60-35.

So, Mr. Clerk, I want to defer to you because they already approved the item as presented, and now we want to make an amendment to the interlocal?

Correct. So, there needs to be a motion to reconsider. So moved.

So the motion reconsider passes 5-0. Now RE1 is back in play.

So as the chairman indicated that the first five years of TIF will be 70, 20, and 5% for the first five.

75, 20. 75, 20. And the five. And then commencing on the sixth year thereafter, 60, 35, 5. Correct. That makes the 100, right?

And just for the record, the first five years, we're saying the TIF percentage is going to be 75, 20%, 75% to the CRA, 20% to city?
