RESOLUTION BY THE CITIZENS' INDEPENDENT TRANSPORTATION TRUST (CITT) RECOMMENDING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (BCC) APPROVE THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROJECT TITLED METRORAIL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM REPLACEMENT – REQUEST FOR PRICE QUOTATION RPQ NO. TP-0000008807 – BETWEEN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND CANSECO ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,593,005.77, INCLUSIVE OF A CONTINGENCY ALLOWANCE OF $499,800.00; AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR'S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE SAME AND EXERCISE THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN; AND AUTHORIZE THE USE OF PEOPLE'S TRANSPORTATION PLAN BOND PROGRAM FUNDS OF UP TO $5,593,005.77 OR OTHER AMOUNT SET FORTH IN THE PEOPLE'S TRANSPORTATON PLAN FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THIS PROJECT WHICH WAS ADDED IN JULY 2011 (DTPW – BCC Legislative File No. 250042)
