26-362 SUBJECT: Consider Proposals for Lease of Stephen Leonard Youth Center for the Next Five Years.

REPORT IN BRIEF Consider the Recreation & Parks Subcommittee Recommended User(s) for Lease of Stephen Leonard Youth Center for the Next Five Years and provide recommended user and top alternates to City Council for final approval. RECOMMENDATION ADOPT A MOTION - Recommending Merced Community College be Awarded a Five Year Lease Agreement for use of Stephen Leonard Youth Center with the Option to Extend an Additional 5 Years.

26-363 SUBJECT: Review Youth Service Provider 3rd Quarter Reports in Consideration of their use of City Recreational Facilities.

REPORT IN BRIEF Staff are providing the quarterly reports submitted by Youth Service Providers to report program efforts to the Recreation and Parks Commission in consideration of their use of each facility. These quarterly reports reflect the efforts made to program in the Youth Center awarded to the Provider. RECOMMENDATION Information Only
