City Council - Regular Meeting

Welcome to the agenda rundown. Here are some of the highlights from our May 6th City [music] Council meeting. The Menifee City Council recognized several outstanding local citizens for their exciting achievements including Lillian Roach who was recognized [music] for celebrating her 103rd birthday and her contributions to our city. The Paloma Valley High School boys wrestling team who achieved their first ever CIF Southern Section team championship. And Caleb Garcia who won the national Taekwondo championship and earned [music] a spot on the USA national team. The Menifee City Council also approved the city's Community Development Block Grant annual action plan which delivers federal funding to support city programs and several local nonprofit groups including the Boys and Girls [music] Club of the Inland Valleys, Habitat for Humanity, and the Menifee Valley Community Covered.
