Hi, it's Kate. I agree. This is fantastic. I just was curious, is there any expectation that any BPS students will be using this service or not so much?
I do have a couple of questions. So I just want to get a sense of a lot of different players here. Who are the roles? Who's doing all this stuff? And particularly, I would like you to explain the pass-through concept and want to make sure that there's awareness of what that really means and kind of why we do it in that structure.
Got it. Now it makes sense. And who's going to be doing that community outreach? Does that go into our processes, our people, or is that in a different area department?
Got it. Okay. Let me see if I have any other questions. I scribbled them everywhere. Well, I do want to thank you, and it wasn't lost on me, the accounting and the risk management and the financial controls slide and, you know, the risk that comes with pass-throughs. And I'm glad that you deliberately put that there. So thanks for reading my mind on that one. I am an auditor, that's what I do for a living. So this is, it was all there and financial controls. I'm glad that we've kind of set up the infrastructure already, that we have a program grant management with like new tools and new proces
Thank you. Okay, good. And okay, the last thing, I know we haven't done, I know we have gone with the community process. It does make me nervous that the two that were less sure about the routes are Roxbury and Mattapan. So I know you've got lots of work and outreach and stuff like that to do that. but Yeah Any kind of update I mean I just wanted to say that that you know that worries me for that But I know why and I know that you know the city staff will do their proper community outreach and due diligence to really find out like a what are those paths, right? Like some of those paths I'm on

I thought you were going to ask the question, but yes, opportunities to get it, you know, ready for solar ready or just, you know, replacing it in a way that is like forward looking. So that way it's, you know, ready if we wanted to do something like that, or I don't even know what the roof looks like if you can't.
Just something to think about when we're going through all these, like I just saw a roof and I thought, Matt always wants to throw some stuff up on a roof, so I thought I'd ask. All right, no, but it's good stuff.

That's great. Thanks Catherine. And. So, if I understood what you said, it sounds like it's too early to know. If there are, are you measuring actually actual displacements through that process?
Great. Just a couple of questions. So I think it's great. This is more just on the process of the Planning and Advisory Council. I love that it's there, that it's in place. But I'm just curious, right? Like who, from an ownership and roles and responsibilities structure, like how do you manage that? And I just love, love, love this, you know, this annual report, right? of the pilot. It shows great transparency and accountability of what we're, you know, of what we're doing, all the things that we're doing, and gives us the kind of the working definition so that we can have kind of these nuance
All right. Oh, last thing. I hope I'll be seeing some more, like, Instagram reels and stories and stuff about this with the peas and all of that. Like, I want to just also commend everybody on their social media, like, pages. This organization provides some really vital services to you. large and targeted populations, not only here in the Boston area, but across Massachusetts. So, you know, I don't know if that gets codified in anything in any way. But I just kind of want to make sure that there is like a follow up and that happens.
