Commissioner Horrigan. What is the focus of this particular charter school? We looked at a charter school about a month ago that's going to feed talented, young people into the hospital at Anschutz. And it's my understanding that charter schools have focus, like the higher level preparing for theater or music. What is this particular charter school's focus? And why did you select that focus for this particular area?

Excuse me. I had a question. For me, there's a difference between just a gas station and a gas station with a car wash. But we are approving gas stations with these large car washes, which is the bigger footprint than usually we think about when we say gas stations. So when you're doing this, do you incorporate that footprint of the large car wash and the gas station? Or do you just, how do you do it? Because I think our biggest issue is those big car washes that, you know, two blocks down, then there's another huge car wash with a gas station. So I just have that question. That's my question.
