0:28 – 1:37•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

God, our Father, on this day that we've never seen before and we never see again, we just come first saying thank you. Thank you for every opportunity to serve. Thank you for every opportunity to make your will manifest in this planet. Thank you for the opportunity to help people. God bless us as we deliberate, as we absorb information, as we make decisions, make it so that our decisions are in the betterment for this community. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and jus

1:54•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

So when we just did that, that wasn't included?

2:01•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

So why don't we just go to the agenda and then we approve the agenda and then we'll do the reasonable opportunity to be heard for the add-on items.

2:19 – 2:46•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

But he's not even here. I'm joking. Okay, I need a motion on the agenda. It's been moved by regular, I don't second my best year and all those in favor signify by saying aye. Those opposed show the agenda approved. Now reasonable opportunity to be heard is now open on the add on items on the agenda. Reasonable opportunity to be heard is now open on the Adam on items in the agenda. Um, any bond approaching no one approaching. All right. Well, reasonable opportunity we heard is now closed. Madam attorney.

3:14 – 3:34•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

Public hearing is now open on this item. Public hearing is now open on this item. Public hearing is now closed on this item. All right, is there anything from the dais on this item? I need a motion on this item. It's been moved by Bastian, seconded by Commissioner Bermudez. Call the roll. Is it a ordinance or call the roll?

4:05 – 4:20•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

Public hearing item. Is this the last public hearing item? Okay, public hearing is now open on this item. Public hearing is now open on this item. Public hearing is now closed on this item. I need a motion on the item. It's been moved by Bastien. It's been seconded by Bermudez. Call the roll.

4:31 – 4:46•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

All right. There are no other public hearing items. Can we take all these items together? And to my colleagues, are there items that you want to pull out and bifurcate? Anything from anyone? No? All right. Can I take these items together?

4:47 – 5:18•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

I need a motion on all the items. So moved. It's been moved by Arguellado. It's been seconded by Bermudez. Are there any ordinances in here? No. Resolutions? All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Those opposed? All right. Show the balance of the agenda adopted to the administration. Is there anything that we need to try to or to my colleagues who have these items? Is there anything that we need to try to solicit the chairman to advance out of order? Is there anything? Okay. There's nothing there. All right. Is there any unfinished business? Commissioner Regalado, you recognized.

5:18 – 5:31•Raquel A. Regalado

Thank you, Mr. Chair. I just have a question because we added some items here for the RTZ in the city of Miami. And I was just wondering, where's that litigation? Because these things continue to be pending.

5:32 – 5:55•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

Yes. We have been in communication with the new mayor of the city of Miami, and she's working through some issues with them. But we think that we have some progress there. So I'm hopeful that we'll be able to land this plane or train, whatever it is, sooner than later. But either way, if they can't come, we can't come to an agreement, I think the litigation's got to pursue. But I think that we might be able to do this.

6:06 – 6:41•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

To move that 2A to the next meeting on the 18th. Okay, what is the process? I don't have a problem with that. I'll recommend it. I think the new process requires me to do what, Bia? A memo? All right, well, my office prepared the memo, or who needs to prepare your memo, me or the... Okay, commissioner prepared the memo and forward it to me or. Because you'll know why it needs to be moved forward and I'll, I'll forward it to the chairman, but I'll recommend forwarding it to the next.

6:45 – 7:03•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

That's oh, no, I believe that. And what happens is, and I'll just say this for for folks. Every time, sometimes it might just seem like a month, but the cost of money in a month is a lot larger than you would think. And the cost of time is a lot larger than you think. And so I understand moving it forward. I'll get it to you.

7:15 – 7:49•Oliver G. Gilbert, III

And so, he's going to- I'll send you the memo. Send me the memo. And so, it'll be at the pleasure of the Chair, but I don't have a problem with it. And Senator Garcia is saying that he wants to move what? 3F. 3F? There you go. Yeah, I don't have an issue with moving that either to Senator Garcia's staff. Get the memo to us please today, because if you get it to us today, we will turn it around to the chairman's office and officer chair today also. We'll turn it around, we'll get it out. We'll get it to you. Okay, all right, anything else?
