Chairman? Yes, sir. I just wanted to point out that the Planning Commission recommends denial based on Wick Road being a two-lane road with a single lane that has 14 residential driveways backing onto it and three residential streets. Wick Road's limited capacity to handle additional truck traffic, creation of additional safety issues, and the infrastructure is not designed for the proposed industrial request.

Thank you, sir. Any other discussion? Through the Chair, I'm really thrilled that we have this program, especially with the affordability of housing nowadays. Anything that we can do as a city to help first-time homebuyers with down payment assistance will go a long way toward that affordability.

I just wanted to make a comment that even before the planning commission met on this issue, people were tagging me, asking me to opine on an issue that eventually comes back to city council. And I put a statement out there that it's inappropriate for myself or any council member to opine on an issue that is going to become before the city council. And I just want to thank everybody for respecting that. They understood it. There's a process. The process was followed. And, you know, you have no idea what we're thinking. We don't live under a rock. You know, we saw the news. We saw what was going
