42:10•Daniel 'Dan' Diaz

Right, so just a few years ago. And when was the last time it was updated before then? About 20 years?

So just to educate everyone, in the past 20 years, It's only been adjusted, UDC, which is the law of operating in the city, it's only been adjusted a couple times, and it was adjusted by this council when we came in a few years ago, and we're making further amendments to make sure that the laws that are in place today reflect the changes of today's world. And I thank the committee, I see Ms. Teeter, other people in helping us get there.
